Dominic Pearson LLB, TEP
Managing Director

Dominic Pearson is the Managing Director of Heritage Law. He is a solicitor with over 10 years of experience. Before setting up Heritage Law Dominic spent 8 years employed by a well respected regional firm. During his time there he developed a high level of expertise in all aspects of Private Client work with a particular interest and focus on providing advice to families of elderly and vulnerable people.

Dominic prides himself on being friendly and approachable and values the ongoing relationships he builds with his clients. His approach is to provide practical advice and assistance in a no-nonsense, plain English way.
Dominic is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and in early 2016 passed the STEP Advanced Diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients.

Nicola Murphy FCILEx
Legal Executive

Nicola Murphy is a Chartered Legal Executive with 18 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Before joining Heritage Law, Nicola worked for our sister company Heritage Will Writers for seven years dealing with a variety of legal matters, including Will trusts, probate and property related transactions.

Nicola always aims to make the legal process understandable, providing a personal and friendly service to her clients.
